UCRETE FLOORING SYSTEM

Ucrete MF is a floor covering product consisting of a combination of unique special polyurethane resins with excellent resistance to aggressive chemicals. Ucrete MF generally provides a protective flat finish surface in dry areas. Ucrete MF is closed-pore and impermeable.

Surface Preparation of the Floor: All cement grout and loose materials on the concrete surface will be cleaned, and mechanical scraping (milling and leveling) will be done with Blastrak or Grinder machines to ensure the adhesion of the concrete and epoxy. Defects on the concrete surface will be repaired with epoxy-based repair mortar. If there is oil absorbed on the surface, it should be burned and cleaned or areas where the oil has penetrated too deeply will be broken and repaired. Right and left connection joints of the main joints will be cut, joint cutting will be done every 3 meters, After cutting, the floor will be vacuumed and cleaned with the help of a sweeping machine.

Coating Application: The materials will be mixed with a 400 rpm mixer to prevent air mixing into the material.

Scraping Coat (Ucrete): Ucrete is a four-component (Part1 + Part2 + Part3 and liquid color pingmet.) material, first part1 and part2 are mixed with a mixer, liquid color pingmet is added and the mixture is continued. Finally, part3 is added slowly and the mixing is continued for 3-4 minutes until a uniform (uniform, homogeneous, evenly distributed) consistency is reached. After the mixture is finished, Ucrete is scraped on the surface with a flat trowel.

Final Coat (Ucrete): Each package consists of four components. Ucrete is a four-component (Part1 + Part2 + Part3 and liquid color pingmet.) material, first part1 and part2 are mixed with a mixer, liquid color pingmet is added and the mixture is continued. Finally, part3 is added slowly and the mixing is continued for 3-4 minutes until a uniform (uniform, homogeneous, evenly distributed) consistency is reached. After the mixture is finished, Ucrete is applied to the surface with the help of a 6 mm notched trowel. The air will be removed with the help of a spiked roller and gas discharges will be facilitated. Places of Use

UCRETE MF is used in industrial facilities such as food, pharmaceutical and chemical industries, laboratories, production areas, packaging and storage areas, which are under medium-heavy traffic and chemical load, and need long-lasting and durable coating.

Advantages

• Heat Resistance: 4 mm UCRETE MF coating does not lose its properties under continuous +60 °C temperature. Heat resistance increases as the thickness increases.
• Odorless: According to Campden & Chorleywood Food Research Association tests, it is a solvent-free and odorless coating.
• Impact Resistance: Thanks to its low elasticity modulus, it has high mechanical properties and is very durable under point impact. It does not break or crack under these impacts like other coatings.
• Absorbency: When tested according to CP.BM2/67/2, UCRETE MF has a zero absorbency value.
• Humidity Tolerance: UCRETE MF industrial floor coatings are suitable for application on damp surfaces and can be applied on 7-day concrete or on old concrete saturated with water, applied on a vapor barrier layer.
• Cleaning: Its smooth matte surface provides ease of cleaning.
