EPOXY COATING FLOOR PAINTING SYSTEM

Epoxy Coating painting is an easy-to-clean and dust-free floor painting system. It has low mechanical strength and chemical resistance. Epoxy Coating Painting is a bright, dense and smooth floor painting type for new concrete floors or slightly worn, damaged concrete floor surfaces. With this chemical coating, floors can be created quickly and durably.

Surface Preparation of the Floor: The surface will be wiped with STR Machine or Rototiger Machine. The floor will be vacuumed with a sweeping machine. Cracks or broken areas on the floor will be repaired with epoxy putty.

Primer (Epoxy Primer): Epoxy Primer is a two-component material and all of the hardener will be added to the resin and mixed until it reaches a uniform (Uniform, homogeneous, evenly distributed) consistency. It will be applied to the surface with an export roller.

Final Coat (Epoxy Coating): Each package consists of two components. Hardener will be added to the paint and mixed until it reaches a uniform (Uniform, homogeneous, evenly distributed) state. The resulting mixture will be applied to the surface with an export roller in 2 layers.
